To respect your privacy, Baptist Health Care does not sell or rent your personal information.  Carolina Slender Center / Gaffney Family Physicians will not share your personal information with any unaffiliated third party without your prior consent and authorization. 

From time-to-time, however, Carolina Slender Center / Gaffney Family Physicians may send you emails or postal communications to give you information about our services.  For example, we may send you information about which doctors and hospitals in our network are preferred providers and which offer a particular service. 

Moreover, we may from time-to-time use your personal information to tailor a health-communication directly to you.  For example, we may send you reminder notices of appointments, an annual exam or prescription refills.  Similarly, we may recommend classes or services that may be beneficial for you depending on your health needs.  For example, if you are a smoker we may send you information on smoking cessation classes or if you are diabetic, we may send you information regarding our diabetes education classes or support groups.
